Adults Plus

Adults Plus offers individuals 55 and over and their families confidential, professional help in dealing with issues brought on by life's changes.

Counseling to assist with:

  • Anxiety or depression
  • Marital or relationship difficulties
  • Substance abuse/addictive behaviors
  • Work or retirement issues
  • Financial concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Declining health
  • Family and/or caregiving problems

Family Service counselors are licensed and hold advanced human service degrees.
Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted. Counseling is provided in various settings (home, nursing homes, assited living facilities, etc.)

Care Management to assist with:

  • Long distance care giving
  • In-home assessments and evaluation of needs
  • Coordination and monitoring of services
  • Referral and follow-up
  • Crisis intervention
  • Family education and comprehensive consultations

Personal Affairs Managment to assit with:

  • Guardianship Services (Public or Private)
  • Conservatorship Services
  • Representative Payee Services
  • Power of Attorney
